The machine translation technology in Translate 2015 was customized for the Latvian language, providing significantly higher translation quality than generic online services. Translate 2015 is powered by Hugo.lv, the Latvian public sector s machine translation service. Developed by Tilde, a language technology company based in Riga, Tallinn, and Vilnius.
